Refund Policy

Please refer to our FAQ page for most recent updates, policies and details.

Returns: 

Unfortunately, because each item is hand-made, one at a time, when you order it, we do not offer returns for items you decided you do not want to keep. Since every item is custom-made, if we did returns, we'd actually have to make a brand new item every single time. 

If something arrives damaged, of course, will happily replace it! Please send a photo of the damaged goods to Sarah@ScrapbookingDaily.com and we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. Of course, any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. (NOTE: It is always best to include photos with your initial email to avoid delays.)


Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

Since every item is custom-made for you, when you request an exchange, we actually have to make a brand new item every single time.

Because of this, if an item doesn't fit, we offer ONE size exchange per item/order. Please contact us within 14 days of your delivery if you need to exchange an item for a different size.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

In the case of exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping unwanted items back to us. Scrapbooking Daily is not responsible for items lost in transit, so please get a tracking number from your shipping provider.
